Sporting Fingal started the match slowly, with a slightly nervous Fingal misplacing passes and struggling to find their rhythm.

However, two goals from Helio Neto, ensured the first half finished with Fingal leading the game 2-1.

Fingal started the second half with a completely different approach, as it seemed by Manager Junior Da Silva’s half-time speech did the trick. They stepped up and took control of the game, and really put Clonskeagh to the sword.

Alessandro was immense, scoring a hat-trick, while newcomer Sasha scored his first goal in his first official match for Fingal.
