The 24-year old is still young by goalkeeping standards but has played regular first-team football with Premier Division side St. Patrick’s Athletic, from whom he joined Sporting on loan in July until the end of the 2008 season. He was reunited with Fingal for the season ahead on a permanent transfer.

The Dublin-born stopper spent the formative stages of his career with the Cherry Orchard club in Ballyfermot before moving to the Saints six years ago.
